“We signed landmark VA accountability legislation and passed VA choice. So for 40 years, they've been trying to get these things, accountability and choice. Accountability is, you could do anything you wanted if you worked in the VA, and Choice is where, they can't get a doctor, you go outside, you see a doctor, we pay the bill for our great vets. They've been trying to get that stuff for 45 and even longer and we got it done.
