“And we actually thought we had the votes [to repeal and replace Obamacare], and then one man, very early in the morning, went thumbs down. So that was that. But we almost got rid of Obamacare without him. And that was a very sad day for the Republican Party. That was a very sad day for the country when that vote was cast -- that final vote was cast. A thumbs down. I remember it well.”
