But they treated our veterans horribly. And we have what's called the VA Accountability Act. And the accountability says if we see somebody in there that doesn't treat our vets well or they steal, they rob, they do things badly, we say, "Joe you're fired. Get out of here." Before you couldn't do that. You couldn't do that before.”
