There will be no fracking under my administration, he said. … Now, all of a sudden he goes to Pennsylvania and his polls aren't looking very good because they do big fracking, and he goes to Texas, and he goes to Oklahoma, and he goes to North Dakota, and he goes to all these places, not looking so good. All of a sudden he says, I have nothing against fracking.”
